Naverone Albers is manager, musical director and visual director for Neverbroke. He is the head of operations, all content and music is executive produced by him. He made his way into the hip-hop division of the music industry at the end of 2017 through label Cutthroat Ent as head of A&R providing co-management for Frank Casino and super producer pH RawX at the time.

Naverone’s musical background stems back to his up bringing in Swaziland where he spent a lot of his time with live bands and prominent musical artists such as Hugh Masekela, Dr Victor and the Rusta Rebels – to name a few. His late Father and Grand father were both in the music industry. Robert Young (His late grandfather) was manager to Hugh Masekela as well as Earth Wind and Fire back in the US. Yashin Albers his late father was heavily involved in musical festivals throughout Southern Africa and also managed a few singers and bands locally.

Of late Naverone has gotten into full music production as well as directing music videos all on his own. Naverone has a very strong ‘Never Fold, Never broke” attitude, providing direct full management, musical and visuals direction to J Molley, Kashcpt, Yung Nasa as well as AmIEverSober –  he is the clue to the Neverbroke creative collective.
