NAVERONE ALBERS

Artist Manager | A&R | Architect of the Neverbroke Sound

Manager. Musical director. Visual architect. The man steering the ship at Neverbroke. Every track, every visual, every move out of the camp carries his fingerprints.

Naverone’s story cuts deeper than a job title. Music runs in his bloodline. His grandfather, Robert Young, managed legends like Hugh Masekela and Earth, Wind & Fire. His father, Yashin Albers, was a force in Southern Africa’s festival scene, managing artists and
curating stages across the region. Growing up in Swaziland, Naverone was surrounded by live bands and icons like the legendary Hugh Masekela, Dr Victor & The Rusta Rebels. From this background, he discovered very early on that music wasn’t just sound, it was community.

By 15, he was already behind the decks, DJ’ing across Swaziland as well as in KZN/ Midlands where he went to high school. At 18, he moved to Johannesburg and joined The New North, becoming their official DJ. That momentum carried him into the hip-hop space, and by 2017 he joined Cutthroat Ent as head of A&R, co-managing Frank Casino and pH RawX.

Now, as Neverbroke’s head honcho, he’s the creative engine — producing music, directing visuals, and shaping the vision. His “Never Fold, Never Broke” mindset drives the collective forward, guiding artists like BabyDaiz, KashCpt, Savage and Ziggy4x.

Naverone doesn’t just manage artists — he builds a universe around them.
