CAPE TOWN RADIO 2
Cape Town radio 2 is a follow up project to Kashcpt’s debut Mixtape Cape Town Radio 1. With the goal of promoting the new era of sonics coming out of Cape Town South Africa, drawing from a few genre’s named R&B, Hiphop and Afro-piano. Cape Town Radio 2 is a capsule of music orchestrated in a way which showcases Kashcpt’s diversity. At the same time KashCPT explores topics and content relevant to Cape Town and his upbringing, surrounded by gang culture, poverty and very few to draw direct inspiration from within his community when it comes to the music industry . The subject matter for each song has a meaningful message to it while maintaining a international sonic and a groovy undertone throughout.
